The Sweat that Counts


Nowadays, researchers try to make it fun for children to loose weight. They invent all kinds of mechanical equipment just to make kids "sweat" more... Hmmm, sweat ey? Well then, where and what produces them?

Sweat is produced by sweat glands located in the skin. Sweat is released through the pores and it contains excess salt and water. Jogging and running are some examples of obtaining sweat. When we run, it also burn fat which causes us to lose pounds in our weight. The skin also produce oil in oil glands. The function of this, in the ear for example, is to prevent irritation. So now, I 'm gonna watch some more of those fascinating knowledge shows...
